Certificates of origin is a non-preference document issued by a Chamber of Commerce. It certifies the origin of the goods being exported and used by foreign customs authorities in the importing country to determine tariff rates. GM Chamber is authorised to issue UK CoOs.
This is also a non-preference document which is used as a customs clearance requirement to evidence the origin of the goods for countries part of the Arab League, and may also be a requirements by your overseas buyer/importer.
This is a preference document which is used by UK companies to support claims for nil or preferential duty rates in the country of importation. UK companies must demonstrate the goods are of UK origin as per guidelines outlines in the respective Trade Agreement.
ATA Carnet is an international customs document which allows for temporary export/import of goods in countries which are part of the ATA carnet system. For more information click here
An International Import Certificate (IIC) is required for imports of ‘controlled’ goods. It is an undertaking by the importer to import goods into the United Kingdom without diversion or trans-shipment elsewhere, and not to re-export the goods without an export license.
