HM Government has updated the guidance aimed at EU businesses not established in the UK and wish to continue trading both goods and services with the UK.
Whilst the EU and UK have seemed to have reached an agreement in principle, this has yet to be rectified by both parties, and thus, if the withdrawal agreement is not signed by the 31st October, the UK could still be leaving the EU without a deal.
