UKCA and placing manufactured goods on the market

The UK government has confirmed that it is going to recognise CE marking for an extra 12 months (until 1 January 2022) following the end of the transition period, whether there is a trade deal or not. This effectively reinstates what was planned initially had they not withdrawn the original 'No Deal Technical Notice' in February.

Please find below the latest information issued from the UK government on the UK Conformity Assessed marking (UKCA) and placing manufactured goods onto the market from 1 January 2021:

Placing manufactured goods on the market in Great Britain from 1 January 2021
