Potential Key Areas of Change
As of October 2019, the EU and the UK have agreed on a deal in principle and on the 31st January 2020 we effectively left the EU entering into a Transition period currently foreseen till the end of this year. However, a withdrawal agreement has yet to be approved and signed by both sides; and so if this bill is not signed the UK could still leave the EU without a deal.
The below is a summary of the key areas where we may see changes in the event of a no-deal scenario.
Each will take you to specific pages on the UK Government website, which provide tailored guidance and information on each of these topics. We will be updating these as and when we receive any alerts from UK Government departments, so please check them on a regular basis.
