Potential Key Areas of Change

As of October 2019, the EU and the UK have agreed on a deal in principle and on the 1st January 2021, the UK will effectively will leave the EU customs union and single market.   However, a withdrawal agreement has yet to be approved and signed by both sides; however, as of October 2020, this deal has not been rectified and it seems likely that the UK could end up leaving without a trade deal.


The below is a summary of the key areas where we will see changes, from movement of goods and people to funding and trademarks/patents and more, there is plenty of areas that will be impacted.
