UK Government - EU Exit Guidance

The below are some of the key areas where the UK Government has issued specific advice on Brexit post end of the transition period.   The No-deal advice has been replaced on the premise that a Withdrawal bill has been agreed in principle between the EU and UK at the end of 2019.

However,  Both the UK and EU must rectified and sign off the Withdrawal agreement and as of Oct 2020, this has yet to happen.    The state of negotiations has reached a wall, with the EU recently launching an official warning to the UK and requesting clarification on their intentions to breach international law.
